Handmade ceramic butter bell

A simple, two-piece ceramic container used to keep butter fresh and perfectly spreadable without the need for refrigeration. Soft butter is placed in the ‘bell’/lid and a small amount of cold water in the base. The lid is then carefully placed upside down into the base. The water forms an airtight seal around the butter which keeps it fresh and maintains a consistent temperature for spreadability
